Our approach to quality

For Şah Hortum San. ve Tic. A.Ş., quality goes beyond the technical characteristics of the hoses we manufacture. Quality means understanding our customers’ needs, standing behind our commitments and earning the same trust with every delivery.

Since 1980, in our 3,000 m² indoor facility, we have been manufacturing radiator (coolant), heater, fuel and oil hoses from NBR and EPDM rubber for heavy and light commercial vehicles, as well as hoses for the machinery, generator and industrial kitchen sectors. Our products are pressure tested before they are supplied to customers in Turkey and abroad.

How we deliver quality

    More than four decades of hose manufacturing experience underpin every step we take today. From raw material selection to pressure testing, durability, reliability and functionality come first at every stage. We know that every hose leaving our factory contributes directly to the business continuity of our customers’ vehicles and production.

We listen to their requirements and develop solutions tailored to their needs; in addition to our standard range, we also manufacture custom hoses to a sample or technical drawing.
